Floods Fragmentation

Floods Fragmentation take the narrative ‘The Flooding of Broad Street’, a poem written from the waters perspective of flooding Portsmouth. The design in an environmental awareness centre for flooding and the education of the communities within Portsmouth, allowing the narrative to flow through the design.

Plan Floor 0 – The building’s design bridges across the moat of King’s Bastion, creating a close connection between the water on site and the environmental awareness centre.
